CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: Absence of Migration Advice
Migrelo Services functions strictly in an administrative and educational advisory capacity. The agency is NOT a law firm and does NOT employ Registered Migration Agents under the Australian Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) or equivalent global bodies.
• Clerical Status: Our visa assistance is strictly clerical. We organize provided paperwork, transcribe client-supplied data onto official forms, and facilitate submission.
• No Legal Counsel: We do not dispense legal advice, immigration strategy, or represent clients in complex visa appeals.
• Recommendation: Clients requiring nuanced immigration counsel or complex legal representation are strongly advised to engage a legally registered migration agent or immigration attorney within the relevant jurisdiction.
Integrity of Client Submissions
Clients and referring B2B partners bear absolute liability for the authenticity of all materials uploaded, submitted, or transmitted through the Migrelo CRM. This includes, but is not limited to, academic degrees, financial solvency records, identity documents, and language test results (IELTS/PTE).
Migrelo Services strictly prohibits the submission of forged, altered, or deceptive documents. The discovery of fraudulent materials will result in immediate termination of the agency-client relationship and potential reporting to relevant educational institutions and national immigration authorities.
Admission and Visa Discretion
While Migrelo Services utilizes extensive industry expertise to optimize applications, the agency provides no guarantees regarding outcomes. The final authority to grant admission lies entirely with the respective educational institution. Similarly, the absolute discretion to issue, delay, or refuse a student visa rests solely with the national immigration department of the destination country.
CRM and Portal Security Protocols
Access to the Migrelo CRM requires secure authentication. Users are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their portal credentials. Migrelo Services must be notified immediately of any suspected unauthorized access. The agency holds no liability for data compromised due to user negligence regarding credential security.
Intellectual Property and Content Ownership
All structural code, original text, graphic design, and proprietary algorithms hosted on migrelo.services remain the exclusive intellectual property of Migrelo Services. Users are strictly prohibited from scraping, reproducing, or commercially exploiting portal resources without explicit written authorization.
Modification and Termination of Services
Migrelo Services reserves the unilateral right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the CRM portal or consultancy services at any time, with or without notice, should a user violate these Terms, submit fraudulent data, or engage in conduct detrimental to the agency’s operational integrity.
Limitation of Liability
To the absolute extent permissible under Australian and Bangladeshi jurisprudence, Migrelo Services explicitly disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential financial losses. This includes, but is not limited to, non-refundable university application fees, lost tuition deposits, travel cancellation costs, or delayed academic intakes resulting from institutional rejections or visa refusals.
Jurisdictional Authority
The interpretation and enforcement of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the applicable legal statutes of Bangladesh. Disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within these respective regions, depending upon the origin of the specific service rendered.
Policy Evolution
Migrelo Services reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as regulatory and operational environments evolve. Continued use of the platform following any published revisions constitutes immediate acceptance of the updated framework.
